"Good usability is the key." After various automated packaging systems were deployed in customer factories, they achieved stable production through mature configurations. The on-site operation was smooth and steady.

In the production line, the mechanical automatic bag placer orderly took over the loading and auxiliary bag processes, cooperating with the valve bag packing machine to complete valve pocket filling and packaging. The FFS packaging system synchronously connected the entire packaging chain, and multiple types of machines cooperated to complete the entire process from bag extraction, filling to packaging. The entire set of intelligent packaging and palletizing robots were deployed in a coordinated manner, relying on the automated operation mode. A large number of repetitive manual operations were eliminated, significantly improving the efficiency of batch packaging operations.

From the on-site production performance, it can be seen that the automated equipment abandoned complex and redundant designs and focused on the actual production needs to refine its performance. In the customer's real-shot pictures, each unit was running in an orderly manner continuously, and different types of equipment were performing their respective duties and cooperating with each other. With the stable operation conditions and efficiency advantages after deployment, the intelligent packaging-related equipment have gained market recognition, and also confirm that the automated packaging solution meets the actual usage requirements of physical production.
