Recently, I directly visited the production site. A set of intelligent packaging production line is operating efficiently in a dual-line mode. Through the collaboration of automated equipment, the production capacity has been doubled, making it a vivid example of the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.
At the front end of the production line, the mechanical automatic bag placer precisely performs the actions of bag extraction and material loading, smoothly transferring the empty bags to the next workstation. Its seamless connection with subsequent equipment significantly reduces the need for manual intervention. On one side of the track, the valve bag packing machine flexibly adapts to packaging requirements based on the material characteristics, achieving stable filling for different granular and powder materials. On the other side, the FFS packaging system complements each other through an integrated bag-making, filling, and sealing process, forming a complete automated closed loop throughout the entire process.
The dual-line independent operation design enables the equipment to process products of different specifications simultaneously. Combined with the end-of-line automated palletizing robot, it forms a complete production chain from material bagging to finished product stacking. This intelligent configuration not only simplifies the operation process but also breaks through the production capacity bottleneck through a continuous operation mode, providing practical reference for the automation upgrade of the packaging industry.
