High-efficiency automated packaging equipment has been successfully put into production, achieving both speed and capacity standards.

2026 02/24

Recently, the automated packaging equipment has completed on-site testing, and all operational parameters have met the design standards. The packaging speed and single-unit production capacity are stable, capable of meeting the requirements of large-scale production.

The equipment operates smoothly, with an average time of 16 to 17 seconds for each package, and each unit can complete 235 packaging operations per hour stably. The actual efficiency is consistent with the expected level, providing reliable support for the acceleration and efficiency improvement of the production line. The mechanical automatic bag placer that has been put into use can automatically complete the bag-laying operation, reducing manual involvement and improving the accuracy and continuity of bag loading.

The core packaging process is handled by the valve bag packing machine. The equipment operates stably, has a firm seal, accurate measurement, and is compatible with various specifications of packaging bags, ensuring uniform packaging quality. The entire process is achieved through integrated control of the FFS packaging system, completing from bag-making, filling to sealing and output in a continuous manner. The equipment has a high level of automation, low failure rate, and convenient maintenance.

This set of equipment, with its mature technical configuration and stable actual performance, has become the preferred solution for industrial packaging scenarios. Customers with requirements are welcome to conduct on-site inspections, make inquiries, and seek cooperation.
